Artist Stephen Pentak

Stephen Pentak received his BA from Union College in New York and his MFA from Tyler School Of Art at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is currently Professor Emeritus, The Ohio State University where he taught in the Department of Art and served as Associate Dean of the College of the Arts. In 2007 he taught painting at The University of Georgia Program in Cortona Italy.

His work has been widely exhibited throughout the United States and Canada and is included in numerous public and private collections. Stephen has been the recipient of four Ohio Arts Council fellowships and has been a visiting resident artist at Delfina Studios in London and Glasgow School of Art. He is coauthor of Color Basics and Design Basics published by Wadsworth.
