We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of attribution or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, or failed to disclose any pertinant information, we refund the cost of the artwork in full, plus the cost of any shipping or delivery charges.
If you wish to return an artwork for any other reason, we refund the cost of the artwork, less a charge of up of 5% of the original sales figure to cover the various costs involved in the abhortive sale.
In all cases, the returned artwork must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases. Any new damage suffered by the artwork will be charged pro-rata.
