"Rhodes Hall was shot on an early sunny February morning this year. I studied the site for several months driving by at various times. I knew the light would be working with me that morning when shooting. In focusing on the components of the architecture instead of the whole I was able to see why it is a historic landmark today. The images are printed on a cotton fabric which I thought would present the elements in a modern yet nostalgic form."
